Our client is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead a major airport construction project, ensuring it's completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing on-site teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and enforcing compliance with all safety and construction regulations.

Description
Supervise daily on-site construction activities and workforce
Coordinate with subcontractors, trades, and internal teams
Ensure work aligns with project plans, timelines, and specifications
Monitor and enforce safety compliance according to company and airport standards
Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and stakeholders
Conduct safety inspections and manage risk assessments
Maintain accurate site records, including attendance and daily logs
Review and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Identify and recommend improvements to optimize site operations
Submit weekly progress reports to the project team
Profile
Minimum 7 years of experience supervising airport or commercial construction sites
Proven experience working in a live store environment, managing construction without disrupting ongoing operations
Strong understanding of construction safety standards and airport protocols
Certified in Working at Heights, First Aid, CPR, and Basics of Supervision
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Organized, proactive, and able to handle high-pressure situations
Skilled at reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); Microsoft Project is an asset
Hands-on construction experience (e.g., carpentry, framing, layout) is a plus
Flexible to work day or night shifts as needed
Familiarity with multiple trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) is considered a bonus
