The Opportunity
We're looking for a Marketing Intern to join our passionate and collaborative team. This internship is perfect for a detail-oriented and creative individual who wants to gain real-world experience in agency marketing, brand storytelling, and industry communications.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing & Strategy teams to support various internal marketing initiatives and contribute to amplifying AntiSocial and Thinkingbox’s presence across channels and platforms.

We're looking for a Marketing Intern to join our passionate and collaborative team. This internship is perfect for a detail-oriented and creative individual who wants to gain real-world experience in agency marketing, brand storytelling, and industry communications.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing & Strategy teams to support various internal marketing initiatives and contribute to amplifying AntiSocial and Thinkingbox’s presence across channels and platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Support and help run the agency’s owned social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including scheduling posts and contributing to content planning
- Assist with award submissions by conducting research, drafting write-ups, and managing submission deadlines
- Provide research and administrative support for conference submissions and thought leadership opportunities
- Collaborate with the strategy team on trend reports, case study development, and gathering industry insights
- Support the project management of case study creation, including coordinating assets and timelines
- Help maintain marketing calendars and track key industry dates to identify PR and participation opportunities
- Assist with internal culture communications and general marketing initiatives that support the agency’s brand presence and team engagement
- Passion for marketing, storytelling, and staying current with digital and cultural trends
- Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills
- An eye for detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Interest in social media strategy and brand communications
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and social scheduling platforms (an asset, but not required)
- Hands-on experience in a leading creative agency environment
