The Position:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team and support the successful delivery of engineering projects from start to finish.
What will you be doing?
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with budget expectations. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating project activities, timelines, and documentation across multiple disciplines
- Monitoring project deliverables and proactively addressing potential delays
- Preparing and maintaining detailed project records, reports, and correspondence
- Acting as a communication hub between internal teams, clients, and consultants
- Supporting proposal submissions, contract documentation, and project initiation
- Managing budget tracking, invoicing support, and contract administration
- Participating in project meetings and preparing clear, concise meeting minutes
- Helping teams balance priorities to ensure smooth execution of concurrent projects
What you bring?
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools
- Experience in an engineering, architecture, or construction environment is considered an asset
- Ability to adapt, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a high attention to detail
- Diploma or degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred
