We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who lives and breathes social media content, thrives on connection, and wants to grow their marketing career in a unique environment where no two days are the same.
This role is perfect for someone early in their career who's ready to roll up their sleeves, pitch ideas, capture stories, and bring our brand(s) to life. You’ll help share the heart of what we do—across construction, tech, healthcare, and community impact—through vibrant, authentic, and engaging social media.
You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-moving marketing team that works across multiple brands under the Lark Group umbrella. Think of it as an in-house agency—with more heart, less chaos.
What You’ll Be Doing
This individual will support various business units, coordinating marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. They are part of Lark Group’s Marketing shared services team that supports the entire Lark Group of Companies, including Lark Group – Development & Construction, HealthTech Connex (and its subsidiaries), the Health and Technology District, and other businesses and divisions.
Social Media & Content
- Capture, create, and schedule content for various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Monitor current trends, hashtags, and news cycles to ensure our content stays fresh, relevant, and engaging
- Write copy, take photos/videos, edit and post—yes, you’ll do a bit of everything!
- Jump on internal news, events, and opportunities to share wins, milestones, and the real human stories behind our work
- Track and report on social media metrics, using insights to improve reach and engagement
Events & Marketing Support
- Attend corporate and community events as a company ambassador—mingle, chat, capture content, and find the story
- Support event planning and coordination, including logistics, promotion, and day-of execution
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to gather updates, spot stories, and generate marketing moments
Creative Contribution
- Bring your ideas! We want to hear your take on how we show up online—and we’ll give you space to test, learn, and grow
- Support brand storytelling across digital channels—website, blog, email, etc.—as needed
What You Bring
- A diploma or degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, for example)
- Strong written and visual communication skills with a talent for crafting content that turns heads
- A natural sense of curiosity, resourcefulness, and initiative—you’ll chase leads, ask questions, and uncover compelling stories
- Confidence to engage with everyone, from executives to front-line team members, to build rapport and capture great moments
- Skills in graphic design (Canva), Microsoft Office, and photo/video editing tools. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
- The ability to work independently, collaboratively, and gracefully under pressure
- Extra skills like Search Engine Marketing (Google), Digital Advertising (Meta), Email Marketing (Mailchimp), or WordPress know-how are a big plus
