As an Operations Coordinator, you will be executing operational functions and partner-facing initiatives to ensure a consistent quality of service, partner satisfaction, scalability, and support across the growing network of partners all around Canada. You will be working closely with a high-performing team along with the Team Lead and/or Operations Manager.

About The Role
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be executing operational functions and partner-facing initiatives to ensure a consistent quality of service, partner satisfaction, scalability, and support across the growing network of partners all around Canada. You will be working closely with a high-performing team along with the Team Lead and/or Operations Manager.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Onboard and train new drivers to Hopp's platform.
- Travel on an ad hoc basis to onboard new drivers around Ontario cities.
- Verify, maintain, organise and audit driver and vehicle documentation.
- Be an ambassador for Hopp and coach partners to improve their performance.
- Work with headquarters to improve existing processes.
- You are sociable and have excellent communication skills. You can easily network with people from all backgrounds.
- You are dynamic and enjoy solving problems quickly and efficiently.
- You have strong prioritization skills, allowing you to act with the main objective always in mind.
- You are organized and deliver in a timely manner.
- You are fully proficient in English (French would be considered as asset).
