About You:

Responsibilities
- Track inbound Purchase Orders (POs) and shipments from initiation to final delivery, ensuring accurate estimated and actual shipment dates are reflected in internal systems
- Collaborate with the Inbound Logistics Manager to produce accurate, timely reports and dashboards
- Collect and verify all commercial documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance and transit
- Coordinate closely with factories, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL partners to maintain efficient logistics operations
- Ensure timely and accurate inventory receipts in the ERP system; investigate and resolve any discrepancies
- Proactively monitor shipment progress, flag potential risks, and implement timely solutions to avoid delays
- Communicate shipment statuses, timelines, and risks to internal teams (operations, sales, product) to support planning and execution
- Support the Director of Operations and the broader Logistics team with adhoc reporting and data needs
- 1-2+ years of experience in inbound logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes across warehousing, ocean/air/ground transportation, and inventory control
- Experience working with international vendors, particularly in Asia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; able to analyze and manipulate data effectively
- Familiarity with transport and project management systems; experience with NetSuite ERP is a strong asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in shipment or inventory data
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in a DTC, eCommerce, or warehouse logistics environment is preferred
- Bonus: Experience using Trello
