Role Overview
- Perform all aspects of line maintenance and construction while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Engage in customer service work, including one-person work and emergency response.
- Participate in competency-based and regulatory training to enhance skill development.
- Travel throughout Nova Scotia for temporary assignments as needed.
- Ensure personal and co-worker safety by adhering to Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Accountable for environmental performance related to management system processes.
- Inter-provincial Red Seal Powerline Technician Certificate.
- Proficiency in Powerline Technician skills.
- Valid Class 3 Nova Scotia Driver's License with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork capability.
- Certification: Inter-provincial Red Seal Powerline Technician Certificate required.
- License: Valid Class 3 Nova Scotia Driver's License required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years driving experience preferred.
