Color Steels Inc. is currently seeking an individual for the position of Inside Sales Support Representative in our Thornhill, ON location. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer sales orders into our system and ensuring timely communication with our internal teams. 

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Enter customer orders into our ERP system accurately and efficiently

  
  


• 
  

  Confirm order details and lead times with customers, providing expert advice on matching products with requirements (training provided)

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with purchasing, operations, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment

  
  


• 
  

  Provide courteous and professional support to customers via phone and email

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with general administrative and support tasks as needed.

  
  

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 
  

  Previous experience in customer service, order entry, or sales support is strongly preferred

  
  


• Post secondary education is an asset


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (experience with ERP systems is an asset).
