Role accountabilities:

  • Analyze and respond to incoming procurement documents (RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, SOQs, etc.), ensuring requirements are clearly understood and effectively addressed.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with pursuit leads, technical professionals, and design/communications teams to develop high-quality proposal responses.
  • Develop detailed proposal schedules, manage internal deadlines, and serve as the main point of contact throughout the submission process.
  • Lead the collection, curation, and organization of proposal content, including project narratives, resumes, and other collateral.
  • Support the writing and editing of non-technical content to ensure proposals are persuasive, accurate, and aligned with Arcadis’ messaging and tone.
  • Uphold brand and editorial standards, ensuring consistency, clarity, and professionalism across all proposal documents.
  • Maintain CRM systems, and pursuit data to enable continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Complete final submission logistics, close-out processes, and ongoing content refinement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a proposal or marketing role within the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry.

  • A post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related discipline (asset).
  • Experience with proposal or technical writing is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of RFP requirements and the ability to tailor content accordingly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) is an asset.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and content management tools.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when needed to meet deadlines.

The salary range for this position is $62,000 - $65,000 CAD. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role #LI-MS2 #LI-Remote
