We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team Onsite based in the Toronto, ON, Canada.
Position Overview: Provide Field Service Support across various offices in and around the Toronto Pearson Airport. Looking for an experienced Field Service/ Desktop Support Technician with 5+ years of relevant experience.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team Onsite based in the Toronto, ON, Canada.
Position Overview: Provide Field Service Support across various offices in and around the Toronto Pearson Airport. Looking for an experienced Field Service/ Desktop Support Technician with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Job Description:
- Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment and repair on desktops / notebooks/ printers.
- Update and resolve tickets in a timely manner to achieve Service Levels.
- Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action.
- Individuals here have a well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area.
- May respond to calls after normal business hours per leader instructions.
- Work may require discretion and independent judgment for non-routine matters; however, the primary focus of work activity is predominately routine. Make policy recommendations to their managers and be an escalation point for less experienced team members
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Desktop Support / Desktop Management / Desktop Administration experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Wintel / Windows Operating System environments.
- Must have strong Client Service skills.
- Must have a Drivers License and access to your own vehicle.
- Must have the ability to support various office locations near the Toronto Pearson Airport.
- Must be able to work flexible hours - sites are open 6am-7pm, 7 days a week and Techs work 40 hours/week. Ability to physically perform general office requirements
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required - Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred. A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required - Additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be considered an asset
