We’re looking for a dynamic marketer to join the Segment Growth Marketing team, under Mobility Solutions Growth Marketing! The Segment Growth Marketing team works hand-in-hand with organizations across Canada to provide their employees and customers with exclusive deals on mobility and home services. This team is dynamic, driven, fast-paced, and highly engaged. Together, we are responsible for driving profitable growth through strategic segments of TELUS Consumer Solutions. Our team has direct responsibility and supporting leadership for all ‘4 Ps’ of the marketing mix to drive our business objectives.

The Product Manager will lead the Mobility cross-sell marketing campaigns and get cross-functional alignment to ensure its success. The successful candidate will leverage customer insights and data to identify the customer segment opportunity. They will design the customer journey to drive conversion through multiple touchpoints and mediums. This individual will be a central figure in determining the Mobility cross-sell marketing plans working in concert with our Senior Product Manager to deliver on our Mobile and Home goals.

What you’ll do as Product Manager (Mobile & Home – Mobility Cross-sell):


  • Manage and execute cross-sell campaigns from conception to completion, utilizing performance data and strategic insights to optimize results
  • Analyze customer behaviors and trends to develop targeted strategies that drive higher conversion rates
  • Collaborate with pricing, digital, strategy, and operations teams to elevate and deliver on cross-sell campaigns
  • Develop campaign assets and marketing copy in partnership with in-house creative teams and/ or ad agencies
  • Identify and implement campaign optimization opportunities through customer research, including surveys and contact center visits, to enhance overall customer experience
  • Deliver on household conversion targets by implementing tactics to drive product intensity

What you bring


  • Experience managing and executing multiple marketing campaigns from inception to launch
  • Experience developing and delivering on a marketing roadmap or strategic plan
  • Experience designing customer journeys and identifying key personas or target market
  • Strong ability to develop relationships with stakeholders that enable successful co-creation of initiatives to yield positive outcomes to the business
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, influence and sell concepts/strategies to stakeholders
  • Result oriented mindset with a strong bias for action
  • Comfortable with numbers and gaining insights from data
  • Ability to thrive in change and ambiguity, handling shifting demands with ease
  • Naturally curious with a drive to deeply understand our business and seek out new areas of opportunity
  • Transparent, reliable and have a positive attitude
  • Persuasive communicator who is clear, concise and articulate in all aspects of communication


Great-to-have


  • Understanding of the wireless and wireline consumer businesses in telecommunications
  • Knowledge & understanding of sales channels, operations and systems
  • Experience in managing targeted offers and mitigation tactics to prevent over exposure
  • Experience using analytic tools (e.g. Tableau, DOMO etc.) to interpret data and make recommendations
  • University or college degree in Marketing or Business
