Job Description
Support Management of the Real Estate Lease Administration department with an assigned portfolio 475-650 Leased locations Nationally. Accountability to keep Landlord and stakeholders up to date on all urgent matters. Lease abstraction into our Real Estate Data Base SAP and GDB in house system, with accurate entry of all lease payments, reconciliations, critical dates. Engage with landlords to answer general account questions. Ensure the stick handling of all Landlord change of owner ships and gather pertinent documentation for accounting records. Once a month review all variances for rents and provide feedback on changes. Liaison with internal departments, site acquisition, finance, and operations.

Qualifications
- Skill one. Application software, CoStar, SAP
- Time management of volume and objectives to ensure business needs are met
- Skill three. Accuracy and attention to detail regarding data and processes
- Skill four. 3 -5 Years Lease Management / Property Management
- Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
