Business Project Manager

Must Have:

• 7 years’ experience working as a Business Project Manager


• 3-5 years of Insurance experience


• Previous Experience working across multiple domains and not being siloed to one industry


• Skills to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and inspire trust and confidence, ensuring everyone works towards common goals.


• Expertise in managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and resources efficiently, including creating detailed project plans and setting priorities.


• Ability to convey ideas, expectations, and feedback clearly to team members, stakeholders, and clients, both verbally and in writing.


• Strong Business Acumen; Executive Stakeholder facing


• Strong understanding of agile principles


• PMP Certified


• Pricing Insurance Assets Experience


• Actuarial Experience
