On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for Technology Recruiters for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office, increasing to 4 days as of September 15.


Technology Recruiters - Job Description:

This role involves partnering with HR and business leaders to establish a solid recruitment practice supporting the talent strategy for a specific business group. Technology Recruiters will act as the first point of contact, overseeing the recruitment workflow and providing end-to-end recruitment support and consultations.


Technology Recruiters - Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation, advice, and recruitment support to hiring managers
• Liaise with industry organizations, recruitment vendors, and candidates
• Independently generate candidate flow through various sourcing channels, including internal postings, internet recruiting, proactive networking, and employee referrals
• Support the business to oversee the recruitment workflow
  
  
  

Technology Recruiters - Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years recruiting experience in Machine learning, Data-AI, Cybersecurity, or recruiting for a law firm
• Expertise in using various sourcing channels
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
