Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Test Manager you’ll be making sure everything from planning to delivery runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with clients to set expectations, keep things on track, and make sure we’re always moving toward the right outcomes. You’ll also be the go-to person for keeping stakeholders aligned and exploring new opportunities as they come up. We’re looking for someone who really knows their way around telecom systems — especially platforms like Amdocs Billing, RTB, Ensemble, AR, Usage, WAC, OneView, and Singleview. You’ll be hands-on with designing and implementing solutions, solving tricky issues, and making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Experience with the Bell ecosystem and a solid understanding of end-to-end workflows is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex digital transformation programs from start to finish.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Provide technical expertise across key telecom platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in telecom billing and operational systems.
  • Analyze, design, and implement solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Support production issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to project planning, estimation, and reporting
