Position Summary

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a strong background in full-cycle accounting within the real estate development industry. In this role, you will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
• Manage month-end and year-end closings, reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, contracts, and financial transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience in the real estate development industry.
• CPA not required
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
