We are looking for a Field Service Coordinator. As E-mobility Service Coordinator, you will coordinate the Service Work performed at our customers sites, ensuring compliance with ABB's and customer's standards, procedures, and policies. You will be the point of contact for ABB’s service team to schedule and monitor the execution and completion of work for each service call.

We are looking for a Field Service Coordinator. As E-mobility Service Coordinator, you will coordinate the Service Work performed at our customers sites, ensuring compliance with ABB's and customer's standards, procedures, and policies. You will be the point of contact for ABB’s service team to schedule and monitor the execution and completion of work for each service call.
In This Role, Your Main Accountabilities Will Be
- Manage customer service requests requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with coworkers and customer
- Ensure continuous communications in a rapidly changing environment
- Coordinate, plan, schedule, and oversee service request with necessary resources, spare parts and logistics
- Manage customer satisfaction by fulfilling ABB’s contractual obligations
- Maintain up to the minute schedule, ensuring customer requirements and services are properly delivered
- Determine urgency & duration of a request for proper scheduling
- React and communicate required changes in a request with internal and external customers
- Create work orders based on customer needs
- Manage the full work order process in a timely manner
- Track completed service projects; Provide reports and documentation as required
- Collaborate closely with inter-disciplinary teams to harmonize service activities and maximize service sales
- Ensure the transfer of service findings to internal teams for continuous improvements.
- Diploma of College Studies (D.E.C) in a technical or engineering discipline is required with 3-5 years of experience in a Service Coordinator or Project Management related role; Other Diploma with 6 or more years in field engineering services project coordination will be considered; A Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Attention to detail, and a willingness to work within a fast-paced environment required
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent organizational skills
- Must have ability to multitask with numerous processes and be comfortable utilizing several systems and data management tools; for example: SAP, CRM, Salesforce, internal ABB software tools, customer tools
- Self-starter with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills essential
- Electrical Industry experience and Knowledge of the EV charging industry is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French. Fluency in French is required. English is also required to communicate regularly with clients outside of Quebec.
