Job Title: Administrative Assistant


Location: Toronto, ON M2N 7E9 (Hybrid)


Duration: 17 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance)


Pay Rate: $24 - $25/hr. (Without Any Benefits)


 


About the Role:




  • Provides administrative support to a national sales force distributing financial service products.




  • Primarily handles education, correspondence, and general tasks related to contracting, licensing, and sales field services.


 
Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative support to sales field, internal and external staff, and senior management.


  • Updated license and contracting requirements accurately and promptly within deadlines.


  • Respond to inquiries from sales field, internal and external staff, and regulatory bodies.


  • Draft standard and non-standard correspondence (e.g., memos, letters, reports).


  • Initiate and participate in process and database improvement projects.


  • Faxed, photocopied, filed, and scanned documents.
