Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON M2N 7E9 (Hybrid)
Duration: 17 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance)
Pay Rate: $24 - $25/hr. (Without Any Benefits)
About the Role:
Provides administrative support to a national sales force distributing financial service products.
Primarily handles education, correspondence, and general tasks related to contracting, licensing, and sales field services.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to sales field, internal and external staff, and senior management.
Updated license and contracting requirements accurately and promptly within deadlines.
Respond to inquiries from sales field, internal and external staff, and regulatory bodies.
Draft standard and non-standard correspondence (e.g., memos, letters, reports).
Initiate and participate in process and database improvement projects.
Faxed, photocopied, filed, and scanned documents.
