As a Recovery Coordinator on the One Equipment team at National Bank, you’ll be a key player in supporting our clients through challenging times. With a customer-first mindset and a talent for negotiation, you’ll help find fair, effective solutions that benefit both our clients and our business. Your expertise in collections and problem-solving will directly impact our success and strengthen our client relationships throughout the lifecycle of their agreements.
Your role:
- Coordinate the repossession and transportation of assets with a dedicated network of external agents, ensuring compliance with company policies and debt collection regulations.
- Provide agents with accurate, timely information to support successful asset recovery.
- Manage repossession files and make informed decisions on next steps, including repossession, write-offs, or legal action.
- Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and equipment returns, balancing risk and reward to achieve optimal outcomes.

Reporting to the Manager, Contract Administration, you’ll be part of a
close-knit group of four within a broader team of 35. You’ll work on meaningful
projects, build strong client relationships, and grow your career in a dynamic,

Prerequisites:
Customer-focused.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration or Client Services
within Banking, Financial Services, Credit, or Collections. - Strong ability to document and manage payment arrangements with
accuracy and clarity. - Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of maintaining
precise documentation. - Ability to handle confidential information and thrive in a
fast-paced, evolving environment. - Proficiency in MS Office and a quick learner of new systems and
applications. - Knowledge of compliance laws related to collections is a strong
asset.
