Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting HR/People Processes
- 3 years of experience with strategic and operational initiatives
- Experience in local legal and regulatory requirements for local HR practices and standards
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client management in the region
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma
- Experience with Digital Transformation/HR Digitalization
- Experience in human resources, people programs, or other large-scale people related roles
- Experience leading multiple priority projects in parallel and program managing large-scale complex projects
- Experience with a data driven approach to decision making and data analysis, and proficiency with Google sheets and AppsScript
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas

Responsibilities
- Design and optimize Canada-specific processes to address business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce known risks.
- Execute the critical Human Resources (HR) requirements in Canada, and ensure local compliance.
- Design and execute operationally compliant processes that mitigates HR Compliance risks at a country level.
- Optimize existing processes to enable operational efficiency and scalability that delivers extraordinary experiences for Googlers.
- Manage strategic initiatives that delivers end-to-end HR processes.
