About The Role
We're looking for a Disability and Leave Consultant to join our growing team!
As a Disability and Leave Consultant, you will participate in the application of the company's leave programs. This position reports to the Director, Disability & Leave and is part of the HR Operations team.
This is a temporary, full-time position ending December 31, 2026.

About The Role
We're looking for a Disability and Leave Consultant to join our growing team!
As a Disability and Leave Consultant, you will participate in the application of the company's leave programs. This position reports to the Director, Disability & Leave and is part of the HR Operations team.
This is a temporary, full-time position ending December 31, 2026.
Here are some of the ways you'll make a difference:
- Provide the HR community, managers and employees with expert advice and coaching when:
- Employees are unable to work due to illness or injury and are on short- or long-term disability leave.
- Employees require accommodation or ergonomic assessment related to a medical condition.
- Employees plan leaves of absence, including retirement, personal, parental, maternity, paternity, adoption and other statutory leaves.
- Work in partnership with external service providers.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- University education in a related field and a minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in disability and leave management.
- Bilingual (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
- Strong ability to provide excellent customer service, while working remotely and with a diverse workforce.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to influence others.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Be open-minded, agile and resilient, yet comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- You welcome change and opportunities with a positive attitude.
