Do you have a passion for nursing? We have the position for you! We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with a dedication for delivering compassionate patient care to join our team!
In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health and working collaboratively and in partnership with the multidisciplinary care team and partners, and reporting to the Program Lead – Specialized Services, the Outpatient Substance Use Withdrawal Nurse engages in the provision of wholistic, person-centered and recovery-oriented care. Through assessment and monitoring of individuals, the nurse, in partnership with the individual/family and care team, develops a plan of personal care and intervention to assist the individual in managing the medical symptoms of substance abuse withdrawal.
Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Days - 07:00 to 19:00, Rotating

The main industries in Terrace are communications, transportation, and natural resources. The population is approximately 12,700.
