The Opportunity
Join our People & Performance (P&P) team with a new opportunity for a permanent part-time Data Administrator based in our Burnaby, BC office. This role offers approximately 24 hours per week, with flexible start/end times between 8 am to 5 pm, allowing for 4-5 hours of work per day. After training is complete, there's also the option to work from home if preferred.
This is a dynamic position requiring exceptional attention to detail. You are not afraid to tackle assignments with a sense of focus and you enjoy repetitive work. You have experience working in an administrative role and are successful at building relationships with your colleagues.

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Variation in base hourly rate is determined by factors such as qualifications, relevant years of experience and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

About The Role
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activity processes including completing internal forms for onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes with precision and efficiency.
- Manage the team’s shared inbox, ensuring timely and appropriate email triage.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date employee files.
- Generate reports to provide valuable insights to the team and business.
- Prepare employee verification letters as needed.
- Maintain the Length of Service recognition program.
- Compile the monthly newsletter.
- Assist and support the P&P Team as needed.
- Minimum 1+ years of administrative experience preferably working in a professional service environment.
- Excellent attitude and readiness to take on challenges.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
