Temporary Full Time

Salary Range: $20.30 - $22.00 /hour

This is a Temporary Full-Time position expected to extend until April 30, 2026, subject to the availability of work.

Reporting to the Coordinator of the Facilities Planning, your role will be supporting the planning team members with a variety of tasks, including: audit surveys, estimating, scope development, drawings, project scheduling, data entry, and more. A good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Word and Excel is essential. Experience with MS Project and/or Archibus would also be an asset.

Your problem-solving abilities along with your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required to support in the coordination of project details and implementation with the team, St. Joseph's staff, consultants and contractors.

Essential Qualifications

  • Secondary (High) School Diploma.
  • Greater consideration will be given to those with at least 2 years of post-secondary education within your related discipline (i.e., Architectural, Engineering, and Interior Design)
  • Knowledge of a Safety Culture in a Health Care Setting in compliance with the OHSA
  • Familiarity with the health care setting is an asset.

Immunization Requirements

  • Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps rubella, varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, COVID-19 and influenza.
  • Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing
