We're hiring a Construction Estimator to join our team in Spruce Grove, AB. In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing tender documents, developing detailed cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, and supporting project execution planning-primarily for earthworks and oil & gas projects.

In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing tender documents, developing detailed cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, and supporting project execution planning-primarily for earthworks and oil & gas projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents and assess scope and risk
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, subcontractors, labour, and equipment
- Perform crew production calculations, cycle time assessments, and quantity take-offs
- Collaborate with site teams on project execution plans
- Manage and track tender addenda, subcontractor pricing, and bid submissions
- Attend client meetings during pre-tender, post-tender, and startup phases
- 3+ years of experience in estimating or project management (earthworks/oil & gas preferred)
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Primavera
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
