Location: Saskatoon
Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Crestline is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for integrating information across departments and maintaining the production schedule to optimize efficiency, manage disruptions, and support successful vehicle delivery.

You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Production, and IT. This position demands a proactive approach to master schedule development and data accuracy while contributing to ongoing process improvement and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
As the Planning & Scheduling Coordinator you will:
- Develop, maintain, and communicate a Master Schedule that aligns organizational resources with production goals.
- Collaborate with Sales to incorporate customer delivery requirements into scheduling.
- Work closely with Engineering to align design timelines and capacity with production scheduling.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure availability of materials, parts, and services to meet production timelines.
- Align Production resources to optimize throughput and meet delivery goals.
- Hold internal stakeholders accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of data inputs into the Master Scheduler.
- Manage internal production orders and ensure accurate costing and Bill of Material (BoM) updates.
- Release internal orders on time and monitor production completion to ensure that parts will be sent to the requestor on the date they are committed.
- Support Engineering Change Management processes and ensure schedule updates reflect ongoing changes.
- Manage scheduling-related documentation and report on schedule performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement of tools and processes used in planning and scheduling operations.
As the Planning & scheduling Coordinator, you will have:
- A university/college degree or diploma in Business, Science, or related discipline is an asset.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive or similar) preferred.
- Prior experience in planning and scheduling roles considered an asset.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access).
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP B1 preferred).
- Familiarity with Master Scheduling tools and integrated planning processes is an asset.
- Knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of urgency.
