We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join the Quality Improvement team focused on analyzing and resolving non-conformities on the aircraft production line. This role requires strong bilingual communication (English and French) and proven experience in Quality Assurance within the aerospace domain. You will be responsible for identifying root causes of production issues and driving cross-functional collaboration to develop sustainable corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

This position is based in Mirabel and requires a background check and a mandatory meet-and-greet prior to onboarding.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze non-conformities found during aircraft production to identify trends and root causes.
  • Execute problem-solving methodologies (PPS) to propose and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Collaborate in governance meetings and prepare presentation materials to communicate quality performance.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional problem-solving sessions and improvement workshops.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure alignment with production and quality objectives.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and shared learning within the Quality Improvement team.


Mandatory Skills:

  • Bilingual (English and French) – Required
  • Quality Assurance experience in the Aerospace industryRequired


Technical Profile:

  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards in aerospace manufacturing
  • Hands-on experience with structured problem-solving tools (e.g., PPS, 8D, RCA)
  • Knowledge of aircraft assembly line processes and non-conformance reporting
  • Proficiency in preparing quality metrics, governance materials, and improvement roadmaps
  • Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $37.37/hour - $58.39/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
