Job Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating the delivery of multiple projects focusing on custom quotes, and to ensure they all are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, and ensuring compliance with all governance processes.

Core Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain kitting custom quote process & tracking report by engaging key stakeholders and SMEs
• Own the custom quote process from start to finish
• Collect requests from cross functional team (Sales, Clinical, RFP team)
• Work with relevant quoting team in different divisions for quoting cost build up
• Work with relevant SMEs/Cross functional team to provide inputs/recommendations in regard to componentry & financials
• Prepare final quote and present to the requestors
• Maintain & track margin/budget model for all custom quotes.
• Develop a feasible project plan that achieves the goals and objectives of the project and aligns with the organization’s overall business strategy
• Manage external vendors (where applicable) to ensure they deliver against the standards we expect
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure successful completion of short and long term goals
• Identify and manage project risks including the development of contingency plans
• Forecast and manage changes to scope, budget or schedule and approve via a formal project change request; Improve existing processes and procedures by documenting current state and identifying opportunities to streamline
• Create and report project status to executive committee.
• Contribute to the shared knowledge base of the organization through phase and project lessons learned sessions and continually-develop and improve our project management approach, templates and processes
  
  

Qualifications

• One to three years direct work experience in project management capacity
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in implementing organizational/business process
• Proven experience of working in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Medical supplies/ custom quote/finance background is a strong asset
• SAP experience considered an asset
• Post-Secondary education in Medical Science, Business or equivalent experience
• Project Management Methodologies Training or Certification. PMP designation is preferable
• Fully proficient in the use of MS Project or other PM tools
