Novus Attractions is on a mission to re-energize the amusement and leisure world for Gen Z and beyond. We blend smart sensors, interactive projection mapping, and real-time data to turn every experience into a share-worthy moment. With four flagship trade shows on the calendar, we’re ramping up an agile revenue engine that fuses targeted outbound, data-driven marketing, and custom automation. - Hunt & book discovery calls, run email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach sequences using lead lists.
- Keep HubSpot healthy, update stages, and build lifecycle dashboards.
- Price & draft proposals across different business models using our cost calculators.
- Own trade-show execution (4× year); pre-book meetings, prep brochures/video loops, manage badge scanners, upload leads daily.
- Track post-sale procedures.
- Create client-staff onboarding kits; quick-start guides, training decks, and reference materials for venue teams.
- Enabling the sales for our sales reps’ team by providing marketing material, customized proposals and handling requests.
- Daily in: HubSpot, LinkedIn SN, Apollo, Twilio, Microsoft Teams, Qwilr.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales operations or SDR roles.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute multi-step email, telephone, and LinkedIn outreach sequences that convert to qualified meetings.
- Advanced proficiency with HubSpot, including list imports, custom pipelines, automation workflows, and funnel-reporting dashboards.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, capable of building pivot tables, and KPI trackers.
- Experience managing trade-show logistics: pre-booking meetings, coordinating content, operating lead-capture flows, and logging lead.
- Skilled in drafting and formatting accurate client proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills appropriate for C-suite correspondence across international time zones.
- Highly organized and deadline-oriented, with a track record of maintaining 30+ concurrent opportunities without lapses in follow-up.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with AI prospecting tools (Clay, Chili Piper, etc.).
