YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking an experienced Solution Delivery Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of Sales focused (Salesforce) projects and solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence. You will work closely with Product Owners, architects, and technical teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective implementation of Sales initiatives

What The Role Offers

Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects and solutions.
• Develop detailed delivery plans, including scope, schedule, risk management.
• Track and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, testers, and stakeholders.
  
  

Solution Design

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business stakeholders and Tech Leads to define requirements and solution design.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business needs, technical standards, and best practices.
• Lead development, customization, integration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
  
  

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, cross-functional Dev and Shared IT teams.
• Manage expectations and ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and changes.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and demos to gather feedback and align on deliverables.
  
  

Team Leadership and Collaboration

• Foster collaboration across teams and promote agile or other delivery methodologies.
• Coordinate training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and support teams.
  
  

Continuous Improvement and Reporting

• Monitor and analyze delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Have a mindset of continuous improvement initiatives for Salesforce delivery processes.
• Provide regular reports and dashboards to senior management on delivery status and KPIs.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (8+ years) managing Salesforce delivery projects or programs.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.
• Strong project management skills with certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile practitioner preferred.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Salesforce development lifecycles and tools (Salesforce DX, Apex, Lightning, etc.) is a plus.
  
  

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, or Consultant) are a strong advantage.
• Experience working with CRM integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Familiarity with change management and training practices.
• Ability to analyze metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
