Location: Barrie, Alliston, Bradford, Beeton (Simcoe County and surrounding areas)
We are looking for a Pediatric Physiotherapist that can specialize in pediatric therapy care within the South Simcoe County Community. This position is a Part-Time or Full Time Salaried role with our School-Based Rehabilitation Program (SBRS) and complex core clients in schools and homes.

What You Will Be Doing
- Support a Tiered Model school-based rehabilitation program. You will assess and build client and family centered therapy care plans based on the students’ developmental needs (e.g., gross motor programming, mobility equipment recommendations ) and collaborate closely with the school team and family
- Provide care to complex pediatric clients (neurological and musculoskeletal conditions) while supervising PTA's within children's homes and schools. You will build therapy care plans and recommend equipment based on the clients developmental, safety, and functional needs.
- As a pediatric client advocate, you will facilitate a partnership between families, schools, and the local healthcare systems to ensure that your clients are able to attend and participate in school and community activities and engage successfully with the curriculum.

- Have a current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing
- Previous Pediatric experience is preferred
- ADP Authorizer or willingness to be trained is preferred
- Have knowledge of legislation, regulations, and policies applicable to practice
- Have knowledge of principles of reflective practice
- Use a systematic approach to decision making during the development, implementation, and evaluation of the physiotherapy care plan
- Be able to manage time and workload effectively
- Ensure appropriate and secure documentation
- Be able to work within a flexible schedule and adaptable environment
- Have the physical capabilities to perform the duties of the position.
- Have a valid Driver’s License and reliable insured vehicle
- Have vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check
- Ability to speak French will be an asset
