As the Accounts Receivable Supervisor you will assist on the day-to-day financial responsibilities as required by the share service center to maximizing cash flow and minimizing, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and overdue balances. You will also mitigate any current/future business unit risks while establishing and following through on procedures designed to maximize current and future growth

As the Accounts Receivable Supervisor you will assist on the day-to-day financial responsibilities as required by the share service center to maximizing cash flow and minimizing, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and overdue balances. How you create impact
- You will resolve overdue bills and collecting payments from businesses (B2B) and ensure timely and accurate submission of tickets via the internal platforms
- Supporting team development by monitoring performance and delivering training when needed
- Assisting the Collections Manager with day-to-day credit and collection decisions and on People’s Performance Reviews
- Ensure effective and timely cash application + reconciliation on daily basis
- Work with the Allocation team and monitor the accuracy of the cash allocation
- Work with Implementation Manager on new developed processes and assist on the successful implementation to the team. I.e. HighRadius, Dispute Management, E-Invoice, etc
- Ensure that collections goals are achieved; and accurate business records and sound bookkeeping procedures are maintained
- Development of KPIs, ad-hoc reports, and new analysis’s as required
- Assist the Finance reporting team with AR reports (Web forms, Budget, etc.)
- Assist the Credit Granting + Control Tower teams. Follow up on overdue balances affecting the credit limit increases/renewals and file releases etc.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field is required
- 3+ years of experience in Finance and Collections functions from freight forwarding industry
- Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint, and can maintain complex Excel spreadsheets
- Expertise with various types of accounting software platforms
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
