We offer a broad range of automation, electrification and digital solutions for process, hybrid and maritime industries, including industry-specific integrated control and software as well as measurement and analytics solutions and services.
Your Role: Own the Challenge
- Design and develop electronic circuits, including modeling and simulation for both digital and analog systems.
- Select appropriate electronic components.
- Design cables and harnesses.
- Contribute to the writing of design documentation, technical budgets, and test and commissioning documentation.
- Participate in the commissioning and testing of electronic boards.
- Take part in multidisciplinary design reviews and present progress at various project stages.
- Actively contribute to project planning and estimation tasks.
- Participate in the application of safety standards (CE, CSA, ATEX), environmental standards (RoHS, WEEE), and electromagnetic compliance standards (CE, FCC).
- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with over 15 years of experience, along with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of electronic circuits.
- Skilled in prototyping and commissioning of electronic boards, with hands-on experience in hardware development.
- Proficient with tools such as Altium Designer, PSpice, and MATLAB; knowledge of programming languages including C, Python, and VHDL is considered an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English, with excellent communication skills in both spoken and written forms. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
