Job Description
We are currently hiring an experienced Grader Operator to support infrastructure and road maintenance projects across Nova Scotia. This role involves operating heavy equipment to grade and level surfaces for road construction, forestry access, and municipal maintenance projects in accordance with provincial standards.

This role involves operating heavy equipment to grade and level surfaces for road construction, forestry access, and municipal maintenance projects in accordance with provincial standards.

- Operate motor graders to spread and level gravel and other materials.
- Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with Nova Scotia Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Work in various weather and terrain conditions typical of the Atlantic region.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and project managers.
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating a grader in construction or roadwork.
- Valid Nova Scotia Class 5 driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
- Strong understanding of safe work practices and provincial safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Physically fit and capable of working in remote or rural locations.
