We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Program Manager to join our management team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Product and Marketing. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, efficiency, and crossfunctional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in optimizing project workflows, and fostering a culture of data-informed decision-making. This position requires a high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to driving the company's marketing vision forward.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & AI Integration: Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and Product to define, develop and manage a comprehensive ecosystem utilizing sales reports and market insights to support informed business decisions.
  • Project & Program Management: Oversee large-scale marketing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic pillars. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, and monitor pro-gress through tools like Smartsheet to ensure on-track delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in close partnership with procurement and suppliers to manage merchandising and resell projects, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with product management objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Lead the development and implementation of standardized processes and tools to monitor and track marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all projects.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leader-ship, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years in project management, marketing or product management, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are an asset.
  • Strong understanding of AI applications in marketing, with the ability to leverage data analytics tools to drive decision-making. Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management platforms is preferred.
  • Energetic, positive, and adaptable, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French. French is required. Eng-lish is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
  • This role requires minimum 2 days presence at the ABB Iberville office.
