Key Responsibilities
- Lead service projects, ensuring adherence to ABB policies, safety standards, financial targets, and contractual commitments.
- Monitor project financials, manage invoicing, identify risks, and pursue growth opportunities.
- Oversee service execution, drive profitability, enhance productivity, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Foster a strong service safety and integrity culture across the organization.
- Strengthen client relationships, support sales efforts, and drive business expansion.
- Occasionally assist as a Field Service Engineering Representative, troubleshooting and optimizing equipment performance.
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in the marine service industry, specializing in marine drives, automation, and AC/DC power systems.
- Expertise in port operations and equipment, with strong familiarity with ABB internal tools.
- Ability to self-learn, work independently, and proactively seek information to complete tasks.
- Dedicated to customer satisfaction, thrives in a fast-paced team environment, and adheres to ABB procedures.
- Committed to professional development, tackling new challenges, and maintaining high attention to detail.
