Role Overview: As the Business Integration & Automation Lead, you will be responsible for connecting our business systems, automating key workflows, and streamlining processes. This is a pivotal role where you'll combine strategic thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on execution to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness company-wide.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process Discovery & Mapping: Analyze, document, and optimize workflows across departments (sales, onboarding, support, finance, etc.).
  • Cross-Departmental Integration: Act as the primary liaison to ensure departmental objectives are aligned and clearly communicated.
  • Strategic Automation: Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions using no-code and AI-driven tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Python scripting, API integrations, AI solutions).
  • Project Leadership: Own and manage automation and integration projects from initial scoping to delivery, employing Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Data Aggregation & Reporting: Consolidate performance data and build automated dashboards to support informed decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous process improvement and educate teams on automation best practices.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process automation, or similar roles, ideally within SaaS or tech environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate) and familiarity with AI-driven process enhancements.
  • Proficiency in process modeling techniques (BPMN, UML).
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, SQL, and data integration.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional automation projects to successful completion.
  • Agile or Waterfall project management experience.
  • Bonus: consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm.
