We’re hiring a Project Manager on behalf of a top-tier, Kelowna-based developer and builder with an impressive portfolio spanning commercial, hotel, multi-family, and mixed-use properties. With over 50 years of success in the Okanagan, this firm has earned a strong reputation for quality, community commitment, and operational excellence—and they’re growing fast This is a unique opportunity for an experienced construction professional to take ownership of complex projects from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll work closely with internal leadership, trade partners, and consultants to deliver high-profile developments in one of Canada’s most dynamic real estate markets

What You’ll Do
    Lead construction projects from early planning and permitting through to final turnover Break out trade packages, draft scopes of work, tender, and award contracts Monitor budgets, progress draws, and cost controls in line with BC’s Builder Lien Act Coordinate and resolve RFIs and change notices across stakeholders Ensure scheduling, inspections, and documentation are aligned with occupancy targets Manage project handovers, O&M manuals, and move-in coordination Champion on-site health and safety in collaboration with field leadership

What We’re Looking For
    5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or multi-family construction Experience with low-rise concrete and wood-frame builds is a strong asset Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and cost tracking Detail-oriented and able to visualize builds before they come out of the ground A proactive problem-solver who can stay ahead of issues and adapt priorities Skilled in documentation, communication, and relationship management Bonus points for: Design/drafting experience or 3D rendering capabilities Must be proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam A professional, collaborative demeanour with the ability to lead by influence Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kelowna area
