Product Designer – Critical Environments

The Successful Candidate’s Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop and implement product design changes to existing products to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing operations and lead long-term process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in gated product development processes and apply lean manufacturing principles.
• Conduct field visits and presentations to educate clients and diagnose technical issues.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate For This Position Will Have

• Engineering Degree or Engineering Technology Diploma.
• Proficiency in Solid Edge, SolidWorks, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on experience or a solid understanding of power tools, hand tools.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or HVAC industry is considered an asset.
• Technically inclined, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to engage with clients and stakeholders.
