Your role:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to address business problems and enhance our product features.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning projects, from ideation and data collection to model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with our internal and external teams to integrate machine learning models into our applications and processes.
- Architect and implement robust and scalable machine learning models and associated API calls to integrate with our existing applications and processes.
- Evaluate and fine-tune model performance to ensure accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, and champion the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
- Manage project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in a production environment.
- Proven experience with designing and implementing API calls for machine learning services.
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience leading a technical team or mentoring junior developers.
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain and scikit-learn.
- Experience with data processing and analysis tools like Pandas and NumPy.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their machine learning services.
- A solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- A strategic mindset and a passion for solving complex challenges with innovative automation-based solutions.
