We’re looking for an Internal Applications Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. Your mission? To support a suite of custom business applications that don’t just meet requirements—they exceed them. While your expertise in coding is invaluable, your ability to support and optimize business applications, coupled with a deep understanding of business processes, will enable you to deliver unlock potential within the business that exceeds stakeholder expectations.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Support Our Business: Respond to business challenges, and adopt, configure, debug or develop solutions to minimize impact to our business.
• Collaborate: Partner with business stakeholders & team to identify problem areas and be proactive in resolving and correcting these issues.
• Innovate: Explore and implement creative ways to solve problems that align with business strategies.
• Adapt: Wear multiple hats—whether it’s debugging, platform configuration, or brainstorming new approaches.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Programming/Analyst, Software Engineering or related field
• Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, ASP.NET, is desired
• Knowledge of Microsoft systems including Dynamics CRM, Dynamics NAV 2016 is an asset
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM is an asset
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Has past programming skills, leveraged AI with a passion for improving/automating internal processes.
