- Work with cross-functional teams, to develop and implement a world-class customer experience that will strengthen the Bombardier brand and improve market perception
- Support the strategic planning and budget for marketing initiatives and campaigns in collaboration with a cross-functional internal taskforce and with agency partners
- Develop specific marketing/promotional material for our stakeholders and/or events such as banners, fact sheets, brochures, etc.
- Support in the revision process for marketing content in our internal and external communications
- Support the team with day-to-day coordination and fulfillment of requests for visual assets, logos, photos, and videos
- Under guidance, manage budgets and financial reporting on projects. Assisting with monthly financial accrual compilation and reporting process
- Improve and/or automate the team's tools and processes to increase quality and productivity
- To Support the team with the governance for major brand strategies and campaigns, including events
- To Evaluate campaign analytics to analyze KPIs, identify patterns and make recommendations to continually improve campaign effectiveness
- To Plan, coordinate and prepare presentations on behalf of our leadership team
- You are currently completing or have recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Management, (or equivalent) in a recognized University;
- You have completed a minimum of 2 years of studies in this program (or 1 year for Master's);
- You work autonomously by being well organized and planning your time;
- You take the initiative to do things without it being asked;
- You have good computer skills (Windows), including very strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; You are familiar with ASANA and Power BI.
- You have a good level of written and speaking French and English;
- You are a good team worker and are highly reliable;
- You have a clear drive for results.
