- Oversee the end-to-end Canada Capping process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Supervise monthly billing cutoff activities to ensure task completion
- Review billing errors and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain and analyze team metrics and KPIs, including queue volumes, timeliness, accuracy, and aging
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights based on performance data
- Leverage technology, workflow optimization, and team development to enhance scalability and service levels
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement process improvements and automation
- Conduct regular reviews of Canada Capping processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure all processes are documented and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are up to date
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting regulations
- Manage financial controls and billing governance for the Canada Capping team
- Handle audit requests from internal and external auditors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries or escalations related to Canada Capping
- Stay informed on fleet industry operations, billing practices, and regulatory changes
- Oversee additional projects assigned to support strategic objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial practices, billing processes, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong aptitude for technology and systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools
- Strong analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in motivating and developing high-performing teams.
