- Design and deploy a strategic and technological PMO from A to Z in an environment at the crossroads of Agile and Waterfall.
- Structure the standards, processes, tools and rituals that will support the entire project-product portfolio.
- Play a central role in the governance of technological initiatives, from strategic planning to operational optimization.
- Federate and lead a cross-functional community of practice, encouraging buy-in, skills development and collaboration.
Key missions
- Design and implement a hybrid governance model (Agile & Waterfall) adapted to technology projects.
- Define standards, methodologies and tools for the project-product portfolio.
- Define and automate our processes via technologies.
- Clarify roles and responsibilities between IT, business and project teams.
- Implement steering tools (PPM, performance indicators, reporting).
- Drive change: train, coach and engage stakeholders in a modern governance culture.
- Drive continuous improvement of the PMO according to feedback and changing organizational needs.
- Experience: minimum 7 years in project/program management, with a solid track record in creating or structuring PMOs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, management, information technology or any other relevant combination.
- Strategic leadership: ability to influence without direct authority, with a long-term vision.
- Operational rigor: strong structuring skills, practical sense and efficiency in implementation.
- Mastery of hybrid environments: in-depth knowledge of Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall (PMI) methodologies.
- Communication skills: ability to popularize, convince and mobilize a wide range of stakeholders.
- PMP, SAFe, PMI-ACP certifications or equivalent.
- Experience in the governance of technology products integrating AI, DevOps or ModelOps.
- Proficiency in portfolio management and automated reporting tools.
- Experience in large organizations or digital transformation contexts.
- Structuring impact: participate in the creation of a PMO that will become the backbone of our technological initiatives.

- Scalable governance: build a living, agile PMO aligned with the needs of the field.
- Strategic vision: directly influence the performance and value generated by our project portfolio.
