This is your chance to be the go-to expert for ensuring every file, form, and folder is exactly where it needs to be—accurate, accessible, and audit-ready.
You Will
- Lead project closeouts and documentation archiving.
- Classify and store physical and digital records.
- Process incoming and outgoing transmittals.
- Manage document versions and workflows
- Support audits and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers
- Train staff on document control procedures
- Suggest and implement process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Library Science, or related field management
- Background in oil & gas projects (client or producer side preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in document control or records management
- Tech-savvy with tools like, MS Office, SharePoint, OpenText, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam
- Detail oriented, organized, and problem-solver
- Pay rate $30/h
- Hybrid Flexibility (WFH: Wed and Fri)
