The Role
Trindent Consulting is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced IT Administrator to join our fast-growing team. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, the successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the company’s IT infrastructure to support business scale and agility. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, the successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the company’s IT infrastructure to support business scale and agility. Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, configuration, patching, troubleshooting, moves, and decommissioning of PCs and cell phones.
- Work with IT vendors to provide technical support of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Intune, Outlook/OWA, Teams, OneDrive).
- Coordinate with IT vendors to ensure data integrity, enforce Cybersecurity best practices and conduct company-wide training.
- Track and maintain IT asset inventory as required.
- Troubleshoot IT and equipment issues reported by users, including troubleshooting network/internet connectivity, troubleshooting monitors, laptop devices, printers and other equipment as required.
- Manage cell phone carriers, including but not limited to assignment of phone numbers and monitoring data usage.
- Maintain technical documentation for systems.
- Provide AV support for meeting rooms and video conferences.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects, such as ERP migration and IT system enhancements, as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields is preferred.
- Proven track record delivering IT support in a fast-growing organization.
- Experience installing, configuring, patching, troubleshooting, moving, and decommissioning PCs and cell phones.
- Experience collaborating with IT vendors to provide timely and effective technical support.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and AV equipment.
- Experience tracking and maintaining IT asset inventory. Familiarity with IT asset tracking systems and best practices.
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Intune, Outlook/OWA, Teams, OneDrive).
- Knowledge and understanding of Cybersecurity best practices and training.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is an asset.
- Ability to ensure operational effectiveness through end user adoption/training of new technologies is nice to have.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
