Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily construction projects

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

Conduct project inspections and manage logistics

Required Qualifications:

Experience in project management, expediting, and logistics

Knowledge of construction processes and regulations

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Proficiency in project management tools/software

Attention to detail and analytical thinking

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP certification or equivalent
