In this role, you will be the leader of how Google optimizes logistics processes while incorporating current industry standards and best practices. You will be responsible for process improvement recommendations, change management, standardization of user documentation, creating processes that drive action and interacting with all partner teams. You will lead new project initiatives for the Americas server operations logistics with a duration of three months to two years, create Business Requirements Documents (BRD), work with key stakeholders, drive innovation, understand operational impacts and create presentations/documents for the leadership team.

Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting Human Resources (HR)/People processes.
- 5 years of experience with operational initiatives.
- Experience in local legal and regulatory requirements for local HR practices and standards.
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma.
- Experience with data-driven decision making, data analysis, and with Sheets and AppsScript.
- Experience in human resources, people programs, or other people related roles.
- Experience with Digital Transformation/HR Digitalization.
- Experience with leading multiple priority projects in parallel and program managing projects.
- Ability to communicate in French fluently in order to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Design and optimize Canada-specific processes to address business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce known risks.
- Execute the critical Human Resources (HR) requirements in Canada, and ensure local compliance.
- Design and execute operationally compliant processes that mitigate HR Compliance risks at a country level.
- Optimize existing processes to enable operational efficiency and scalability that delivers extraordinary experiences for Googlers.
- Program management of strategic initiatives that delivers end-to-end HR processes, comprehensive documentation, data analysis, reporting, and presentation to align cross-functional stakeholders.
