Shift is Tuesday to Saturday 11-7pm with possibility of Sunday to Thursday 11-7pm

Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class customer service experience in a professional and courteous manner to internal and external customers
  • Support the outbound sales team in booking on-site sales appointments
  • Defines cost for the proposed solution and communicates to the customer and sales organization
  • Monitor and respond to Culligan sales inbox and website inquiries- responding to incoming customer requests for more information, and quotes via phone calls, emails, chats, etc.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or create a larger impact, inputting bottled water orders, and redirecting requests to branches for support when needed
  • Aid and guide all customers by demonstrating an understanding of their business needs by using knowledge and experience within the industry
  • Complete end-to-end sales processes of bottled water
  • Grow volume and distribution by building credible and long-term relationships with customers
  • Scheduling with all aspects of production, ensuring project requirements or changes are communicated as needed
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge and familiarity with all company products and services.
  • Resolve customer disputes and complaints within company guidelines, emphasizing on providing outstanding customer service
  • Make phone calls, send emails, and text potential customers to promote our products and services
  • Contribute to continuous team improvements and business performance
  • Work with the Marketing Manager and Digital Sales Optimization Manager to qualify/unqualify sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars, trade shows, and conferences to stay abreast of current trends and knowledge within the industry


Qualifications

  • 2+ years working in an inside sales role
  • Experience working within a CRM system, preferably Salesforce, is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to use strong relational, analytical, and negotiation skills to convert prospects into set home appointments
  • A self-starter with excellent follow-through
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in prospecting and outside sales using e-mail, phone, and social media
  • Persistent and results-oriented with motivation for sales
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection
