Technician - Agricultural equipment (shop and mobile)

Terapro Agriculture, dealer for the renowned New Holland brand, distinguishes itself in the sale and maintenance of new and used agricultural equipment. A full range of state-of-the-art machinery is offered, including tractors, combines, foragers and more, to suit all land management needs.

Our branch located in Victoriaville is looking for an agricultural equipment technician (shop and mobile). We therefore offer you the opportunity to join our team in a position that will reflect your professional interests!

Schedule: 40h/week, Saturday in rotation (1/8)

Salary: 25$ to 40$/hour, according to experience

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain farm machinery;
• Evaluate, diagnose and repair customers' equipment or machinery;
• Use computerized diagnostic equipment;
• Prepare farm equipment for delivery;
• Complete purchase orders;
• Submit service reports;
• Participate in maintenance training;
• Comply with occupational health and safety programs.
  
  

Profile

• Vocational diploma in agricultural mechanics, heavy vehicle or other related training will be accepted;
• Technician experience in a similar position;
• Mechanical/hydraulic/electrical aptitude;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Aptitude for collaboration and teamwork.
